Peoplecert Examination Institute
We use Peoplecert to book certain accredited exams and they act in the capacity of a processor on our behalf. The only information we provide them with is your name and email to meet business and legal requirements.
APMG Examination Institute
We use APMG to book certain accredited exams and they act in the capacity of a processor on our behalf. The only information we provide them with is your name and email to meet business and legal requirements.
Consultant Training Companies
We use consultant training companies and they act in the capacity of a processor on our behalf. The only information we provide them with is your name, email, phone number and any learning special needs. This is for safety reasons so the trainer knows who exactly is on the course.
Stripe & Paypal
We use these companies to process payments on the website. They will receive your name, phone number, address, IP Address , payment and order details in order to process your payment online.
Other Third Parties
We may also use other, smaller third parties to process your data from time to time. This will strictly be for essential business functions similar to the above.

You are not obligated to provide your personal information to Knowledge Tree Training, however, as this information is required for us to provide an adequate service to you, we will not be able to offer some/all our services without it.

How Long We Keep Your Data
Knowledge Tree Training only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.
Where you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will keep such data until you notify us otherwise and/or withdraw your consent.
